    3. Resellers with overdue balance will not be eligible for this promo. 
    4. Rewards will be issued in the form of gift vouchers within 60 days from the end date of the promo with the consent of the reseller’s management. 
    5. Mindware reserves the right to change or terminate the promo at any time during its validity. 6. Minimum payout per partner is USD 50.
