Terms & Conditions

1. Promotion is available on all Dell Storage and back-up solutions.
2. Promotion is not applicable on cancelled orders.
3. Only 1st order booked within the period of the promotion will be eligible
   for rewards.
4. Only new partners are eligible for this promotion.
5. Reward will be settled by vouchers and dispatched to the registered Partner
   to be distributed, to their Sales’ Representatives,
   at their consent within 60 days from the end date of the promotion.
6. This promotion is valid until budget lasts.
7. Mindware reserves the right to change or terminate the promotion at any time
   during its validity.
8. This promotion is capped to the maximum Reward of USD 3,000 per Partner.
9. Promotion valid on non-named Dell accounts.
10. Gulf countries targeted by the promotion: UAE, Bahrain, Qatar, Kuwait and
    Oman.
