    1. Azure Subscription stat date must be January 1st, 2021 or later to be eligible
    2. Azure Subscription should be a paid subscription
    3. Mindware should be linked as Partner Admin Link (PAL) on the Azure Subscription
    4. Offer published should be a transactable offer on Azure Marketplace or Microsoft AppSource with a Publisher ID
    5. For Phase 1 Incentive- Partner ID (MPN ID), Technology Partner name, Partner Admin Link (PAL) associated Technology Partner Subscription ID, and subscription start date needs to submitted
    6. For Phase 2 Incentive, Marketplace Offer (application) name and marketplace listing URL must be submitted
    7. Phase 1 must be completed first to get incentive for Phase 2- offer publish date must be after the Azure Subscription ID start date
    8. Phase 3 Booster is valid only after fully completing 3 offer published (Phase 1 and Phase 2 completion)
    9. This promotion is valid from 15th Oct’21 – 31st Dec’21
    10. Rewards will be paid in form of credit notes
    11. Rewards will be issued within 60 days from the end date and only after Microsoft’s verification
    12.
